The Lycan Team has found a large measure of satisfaction in serving our clients. We are primarily single family residential specialists but have enjoyed listing and selling mobile home parks, building lots, farm acreage, condominiums, and custom build homes. We also put together investor construction packages. We use the legal background of Pat, and the investor experience of George to pattern a client friendly environment. We work very hard to protect our clients interests. Our main thrust is to help our clients in a way that maximizes the results of the transaction for our clients, whether it is buyer or seller that we serve. Part of our mission is to clarify the details, explain minutae, and to make the process as smooth as possible. The Lycan Team is involved in the local Board of Realtors, many service organizations, and many of our churchs outreach programs. We feel close to the people of our community.
